Though her true love is HOT yoga (cue her signature Yoga Caliente class) and she typically teaches power vinyasa classes, Erin teaches a variety of styles in-studio as well as outdoors. She enjoys continuously being a student and is always finding new aspects of yoga to fall in love with. In Erin’s classes, you can expect to be challenged, yet supported, with fun flows offering many variations and the space to connect to yourself. Everyone can do yoga…. All you need to do is show up and breathe.

Buti MVMNT

Erin is ecstatic to share that she recently became certified to teach Buti Yoga. It’s a fun, empowering, sweaty, and invigorating type of movement that includes a mix of:

  • Yoga asana

  • Primal movement

  • Strenth and conditioning

  • Cardio dance

  • Plyometrics

Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids

As a public school teacher, Erin sees daily how important mindfulness is for kids and teens. Yoga, movement, breathing techniques, and meditation help provide practitioners with additional tools for their metaphorical toolbox; children are no exception. Erin loves exposing young people to yoga through events like summer camp, yoga storytime, bilingual family classes, and more!
