Erin is passionate about making yoga and mindfulness accessible to all humans. She encourages her students to use yoga as a tool for mind-body connection, stress management, and cultivating compassion for the self and others.

  • I've been taking classes with Erin for 4 years and I still get so excited for her vinyasa class every Tuesday and am always eager to take her workshops. She has such a bright energy and contagious positivity that translates into a fun and invigorating class that can turn even the worst day around. In Erin's classes, I truly am able to get out of my head and into my body. Through Erin's coaching to go inward and focus on how each pose feels in my body, I've not only been able to grow and strengthen my physical asana practice, but I also have learned to take my practice off my mat and into the world to make it a better place.

  • Erin has a wonderful teaching style (and that is saying a lot as a fellow educator!). Her classes are challenging, yet she encourages every student to do the poses to the best of their own ability. She is knowledgeable about the poses and is able to translate that in an effective manner to her students. Erin has a great personality -- she is athletic and energetic, but makes you feel empowered in your practice regardless of your level. I highly recommend taking Erin's classes!

  • I took my first class with Erin, yoga caliente, back in March 2019 and have been hooked ever since. I'm not sure if it was the amazing work out, sweat sesh, her vibrant energy or her welcoming spirit that I loved the most. Despite being a newer yoga student when I first started with Erin, she had the ability to guide and help me without making me feel pressured or out of place. I have been able to do things I NEVER thought my body could do and I absolutely love it. I encourage all to come unwind from the week with her Friday night yoga caliente class no matter your skill level, you won't regret it.

  • It does not matter what intense, pretzel-ed up yoga position Erin has us in during Yoga Caliente, I will find a way to tap my toes/fingers/groove along to the steamy tunes she’s got playing. Always. I’m still following my breath, but I’m damn sure following that beat too!

  • Erin’s classes are fun and challenging. Her laid back vibe along with awesome set lists make her heated yoga classes something I look forward to twice each week. Erin’s gentle guidance and encouragement have helped me to leap back into my yoga practice and I am already feeling successes! I highly recommend trying either yoga caliente or pop punk power hour for a truly enjoyable yoga experience.

The 21 days of yoga allowed me experience other teachers and styles who pushed me and helped me grow as a yogi. I hope this challenge happens again and I hope more people take advantage of this!!!

  • Erin's classes focus on letting go of everything except the present moment and how each pose feels in your body. When I take her classes, I know I don't have to worry about what the pose *should* look like or how I did the pose last week or last month, but rather how it feels in the present moment. Erin's readings and affirmation/thought cards are always *exactly* what I need to hear in that moment and I often come back to that message throughout the week.

  • Erin leads with empathy and freedom. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and skill level. Even if you are a seasoned student having a rough day, classes are always a safe space to just restore your body and mind while being surrounded by supportive community. I have always felt included on my best and worst days, while in good health and also recovering from health challenges. There is never a bad practice!

In addition to her regular teaching schedule, Erin often hosts workshops and pop-up classes. She also provides private and small group instruction to yogis of all ages in both English and Spanish.
